The findings are refreshingly similar to what I encountered in Indonesian Papua where the indigenous peoples I met demanded development. One that was equitable and respected their status as original peoples and land owners.

Its good to see the same sentiments being expressed by the local communities in the Solomons and featured on Policy Forum.
