Albert Jehoshua Rapha is currently a research affiliate at the Centre for Policy Studies and Development Management at Diponegoro University in Indonesia. His research focuses mainly on public policy and governance, democracy, digitalisation, and political economy in Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia.

He was previously an intern at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies Indonesia. From 2018 to 2020, Albert was actively involved in student activism in Indonesia, including serving as the Chairman of the Student Executive Body for the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Diponegoro University in 2020.
