Andreas Pacher is an independent analyst based in Vienna, Austria. He is a former editor-in-chief of Nouvelle Europe and has published on various aspects of diplomacy in academic and journalistic outlets. Mr Pacher originally studied Law at the University of Vienna (Austria). After a few years of legal work, he pursued a postgraduate degree in International Relations in Paris (SciencesPo) and in Shanghai (Fudan University).
