Dr Angela Daly is Vice Chancellor’s Senior Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer in Queensland University of Technology’s Faculty of Law, a research associate in the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (Netherlands) and member of NGO Digital Rights Watch Australia’s Board of Directors.
She is a European socio-legal scholar of technology and is the author of Socio-Legal Aspects of the 3D Printing Revolution (Palgrave 2016) and Mind The Gap: Private Power, Online Information Flows and EU Law (Hart 2016).
Angela was previously Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Swinburne University of Technology Institute of Social Research Digital Society programme and a policy adviser for UK communications regulator OFCOM.
She holds a PhD from the European University Institute (Italy), an LLM from the Universite de Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne (France) and an MA from the University of Oxford (England). In June 2018 she will join the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Law.
