Chander Shekhar is a PhD candidate in the School of International Studies’ Center for International Politics, Organization and Disarmament at Jawaharlal Nehru University in India. His research is focused on conflict prevention in the South China Sea, the role of ASEAN, and the Indo-Pacific.
