Ms Chanvoitey Horn is a Young Research Fellow at Future Forum, an independent Cambodia-based public policy think tank.
She holds a BA in International Relations from the Department of International Studies at Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and she also holds an honours thesis on China-Russia: The New Rapprochement.
Voitey is also a co-author of Cambodia’s Perspectives on Cambodia-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, winning the second place in the 2018 Annual Research Competition, organised by the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh and Cambodia Development Institute.
She is interested in a wide range of issues concerning public policy in Cambodia. Currently, she is conducting a research project on the political economy of Mekong River.
