Charrlotte Adelina is a Research Associate (Urban) at Stockholm Environment Institute Asia. She is interested in understanding urban poverty and its interlinkages to governance modalities in Asian cities.
Her work has been informed by her experience in the research and the policy sector with a focus on urban food access, household food insecurity, and the role of informal street food vendors in the urban food system. She also conducted policy research with the NITI Aayog (Planning Commission of the Government of India) for the Skill Development and Employment Vertical initiatives. This is alongside her regular contributions to fields such as Urbanisation, Environment, and Social Justice.
