Chris Bonnor AM is a retired secondary school principal and author. Chris was co-author with Jane Caro of two books published by UNSW Press, The Stupid Country: How Australia is dismantling public education in 2007, and What makes a good school in 2012.

Chris is a Fellow of the Centre for Policy Development and is a regular writer and commentator on education issues. He has most recently published a number of CPD discussion papers, as well as two major reports, in conjunction with the late Bernie Shepard.
