Donny Pasaribu is an Assistant Director of Strategic Policy at Skills Canberra and an Associate Researcher at the Centre for Indonesian Policy Studies.
Skill Canberra is part of the Australian Capital Territory Government, where Donny works on issues relating to skills, vocational education and training, and skilled migration.
He completed his PhD at The Australian National University (ANU) with a dissertation titled ‘The Dutch disease, natural resource booms and policy adjustments: The case of Indonesia’.
He has published articles, reports, and policy papers in various research areas, including development economics, international trade, natural resource economics, and public policy. Currently, he also teaches courses in statistics and international economics at ANU and Universitas Indonesia
