Eduardo Araral is Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Institute of Water Policy at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

Eduardo is an academic and a practitione with 30 years-experience consulting for governments and executive education. He holds a PhD Degree in Public Policy from Indiana University-Bloomington and has published widely in journals, books, and working papers on a wide array of policy issues.
