Emma Richardson is an energy and environment economist with seven years of experience in policy advice for the energy industry and government.

She specialises in the analysis of economic, financial and commercial implications of market disruptions and assisting clients with decision-making under uncertainty.

Emma’s experience ranges from energy customer analysis, energy market design and long term economic forecasts of industries and regions. Previously, she provided resources sector analysis and commodity forecasts as an Economist at the former Bureau of Resources and Energy Economics, contributing to the 2015 Energy White Paper.

Emma is also a member of the Economics Society of Australia and Women in Economics Network and leads Deloitte’s mentoring program Model Your Future, Canberra.
