Frank Alexander is an international development professional working in the fields of conflict, education, and livelihoods. He has in lived and worked on numerous interventions in India, Liberia, and Japan.

He holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
