Hang To is a lecturer at Crawford School of Public Policy at The Australian National University (ANU).
She is working on econometric applications to problems in natural resource management, including fishery management, water allocation and use, energy and biofuels, food security, forestry, climate change and environmental issues, as well as in labour economics and commodity prices. She completed her PhD in Economics at ANU in December 2010 and her main interest is econometrics and quantitative analyses in a wide range of research areas in applied economics.
