Heimkhemra Suy is a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Prior to this, he was Senior Political Officer at the British Embassy in Phnom Penh. Heimkhemra holds a master’s degree from Crawford School of Public Policy at The Australian National University, which he earned through the Australia Awards Scholarship.
