Hugh Piper is Research and Policy Manager at the James Martin Institute for Public Policy in Sydney.

Hugh was formerly a strategic policy adviser and ministerial speechwriter at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He holds honours degrees from the University of Sydney in law and the history of American foreign policy.
