Jasmine Ha

Jasmine Ha is Research Fellow in the School of Demography at The Australian National University. Her research focuses on migration data estimation, theorizing and quantifying the components and categorizations of migration, and understanding the impacts of migration policies.

She obtained her PhD in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, where she studied migration patterns of international students into and within the United States.

She joined The Australian National University in 2018 as a Research Fellow to work on an ARC Discovery Project entitled Overcoming the problems of inconsistent migration data in the Asia Pacific.
