Jen Hargrave is Senior Policy Officer at Women with Disabilities Victoria and Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne’s School of Population Health.

Jen has also worked at both the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales, she was the 2018 Ethel Temby Researcher Scholarship recipient at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services, through which she investigated gender sensitive safeguarding strategies in individualised disability service systems in Sweden, Scotland and England
