Jennifer Jackett

Jennifer Jackett is a Sir Roland Wilson Scholar and PhD candidate at ANU National Security College. She is currently on leave from the Australian Government where she held roles across the national security community advising government on issues such as critical infrastructure security, foreign interference, counterterrorism, and international defence engagement.

She has served in the Department of Defence and Office of National Intelligence and has experience advising government on a range of issues, including critical infrastructure, foreign interference, counter‑terrorism, international defence engagement, and defence capability development.

Her research examines US-China competition for leadership over advanced and emerging technologies, and the implications for US allies and partners including Australia.
