Jessica Kinsella is an associate lecturer at the ANU College of Law who has taught in the Migration Law Program since 2010.

She also works pro-bono as a migration agent primarily assisting humanitarian entrants.

Prior to taking up her position at the ANU College of Law, Jessica worked as a solicitor and migration agent and as a policy officer for the Department of Immigration.

She is interested in the integration of migrants into Australian society and has recently peer-reviewed research for the Migrant Integration Policy Index, a study co-led by the Migration Policy Group and Barcelona Centre for International Affairs with ANU as its Australian partner.
