Kalei Billings-Dugu is Program Coordinator at the Australia Pacific Security College (PSC) and has over 10 years of development experience in the Pacific region.

Prior to joining PSC, Kalei worked at various regional organisations in the Pacific in the fields of project management, capacity development, and organisational governance. Following a Bachelor of Economics and Management of Public Administration, Kalei also graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific.

Currently enrolled in a Master in International Relations degree at The Australia National University, she is passionate about the Pacific and looks forward to using her experience in furthering development of the region.
