Kanika Jamwal is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School in India. Her research interests include climate change, rainwater harvesting, transnational environmental law, and international criminal law.
Kanika Jamwal has completed her Master of Laws in Public International Law at the London School Economics and Political Science and she was a research assistant to Dr Stellina Jolly for her book, Climate Refugees in South Asia. Recently, Kanika has completed research on International Humanitarian Law and Environmental Protection with the Centre for Advanced Studies in International Humanitarian Law at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law in Punjab province, India. This was also in collaboration with the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee in New Delhi and supported by the International Committee for Red Cross’s Regional Delegation at New Delhi.
