Kasia Bail is an Associate Professor at the University of Canberra. Kasia is also a registered nurse where her career has combined both research and clinical roles, with experience primarily in general medical and acute palliative care.

Kasia’s research aims to improve the quality and efficiency of health care delivery for ageing populations by providing evidence on interventions and outcomes related to nursing care in hospital, community, and residential settings.
