Keith Thomas is senior lecturer, College of Business, Victoria University and program head of a youth and community leadership program in Melbourne. His recent research interests include community and youth development in migrant communities, facilitating learning and teaching in higher education and leadership development related topics.

He has taught under-graduate and post-graduate programs in Australia, China and Vietnam. He was a Visiting Military Fellow at the Defence Leadership and Ethics Studies Centre, Australian Defence Force Academy, UNSW.
