Kerryn Baker

Dr Kerryn Baker is a Fellow in the Department of Pacific Affairs at The Australian National University (ANU). Kerryn has a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington and a PhD in Political Science from the ANU.

Kerryn’s main research interests are electoral politics and electoral reform in Melanesia and the broader Pacific Island region, with a particular focus on women’s political representation. She is the author of Pacific Women in Politics: Gender Quota Campaigns in the Pacific Islands.
