Keshav Kelkar

Keshav Kelkar is a Yenching Scholar and Policy Analyst. His research interests cover Sino-Indian relations, the relationship between China’s overseas development assistance and soft power, and security affairs in the broader Asia-Pacific region.

He has published articles on issues ranging from maritime disputes in the East China Sea to the role of BRICS countries in shaping the global financial architecture. He holds a Master’s in Asia Pacific Policy Studies from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s of China Studies from Peking University.
