Khemthong Tonsakulrungruang joined the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, in 2009. He lectures various courses in constitutional and administrative laws.

His areas of interest include freedom of expression, religious freedom, public accountability, and environmental policy.

Khemthong graduated from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University before earning his LLM at Yale Law School. Currently he is a PhD candidate at University of Bristol School of Law, UK.
