Kitty te Riele is Deputy Director (Research) and Professor at the University of Tasmania’s Peter Underwood Centre for Educational Attainment.

Kitty is an Honorary Professor at Victoria University and has held academic positions at the University of Technology Sydney and The University of Sydney. Her research projects and publications are focused on ways in which schooling can better engage the most disadvantaged young people in the Australian community.
