Maulik Chokshi is an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Public Health-Delhi (IIPH-D), Public Health Foundation of India, leading modules on Health Economics and Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy.
He is a health systems scientist with 15 years professional experience across education, training, research and consulting.
His principal interests lie in understanding factors affecting access to medicines and health care services, and the effect private sector market behaviour has on the public health systems.
He has primarily worked across various states of India.
He has authored over 15 peer reviewed publications, has number of reports to his name and has presented at a number of international conferences.
In addition to his role with IIPH-D, he is a theme lead on medicine pricing and procurement for BRICS Medicine Alliance and reviewer of national and international journals.
