Meraiah Foley is a Lecturer in Work and Organisational Studies and Work Integrated Learning and Deputy Director of the Women and Work Research Group at The University of Sydney Business School.

Her research focuses on gender equality at work, with specific focus on women’s experiences working in male-dominated occupations and industries, how concepts of merit and the meritocracy shape inequalities at work, and the gendered dimensions of workplace technological change.
