Nakul Nayak is a lawyer currently clerking in the Delhi High Court. He is also involved with the Global Freedom of Expression project started by Columbia University, USA.

Previously, he was a Fellow at the Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University, Delhi, where his work revolved around issues in free speech, specifically in the online sphere. His blog posts from that time can be accessed here.
