Natasha Beschorner is a Senior Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Policy Specialist in the World Bank’s Global ICT Department. She has been with the World Bank since 1993 and her responsibilities include the design and management of investment projects and technical assistance programs on telecommunications reform and ICT for development.

Within the Pacific, she manages the World Bank’s advisory assistance programs on telecommunications liberalisation, regulatory capacity development and rural connectivity working across Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga, and Vanuatu. At the regional level she leads analytical work on Pacific Regional Connectivity and Regional ICT Regulation.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts from the University of London and a Master of Science in Information Technology/Information Systems from John Hopkins University.

She is co-author of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for Jobs in the Pacific.
