Pakamas Thinphanga is a Project Director at the Thailand Environment Institute Foundation, where she leads the Strengthening Urban Climate Governance in Thailand Project.

Her work focuses on research in understanding urbanisation and climate change linkages, vulnerability and resilience concepts, and translating urban climate resilience concepts into practice.
