Pallavi Arora is a Legal Consultant at the Centre for WTO Studies, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She assists India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry in bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations.
She holds an LLM in International Trade and Investment Law from Maastricht University (Cum Laude) and an MPhil in International Legal Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her main fields of research include International Economic Law, with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights and Critical Approaches to International Law.
Prior to this, she has worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, wherein she delivered lectures on Public International Law and Indian Constitutional Law.
