Paul Wyrwoll is an environmental and resources economist. His PhD research considers the design and application of water pricing to hydropower management. Prior to his PhD at Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University, he worked at the International Centre for Environmental Management, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Paul is the Mekong Basin Chair of the Food, Energy, Environment, Water (FE2W) Network that works with decision-makers to manage risks across natural, economic and social systems. He was formerly Managing Editor of the Global Water Forum, an open-access, online resource for communicating research on water governance, policy and science.
