Phidel Vineles is a Senior Analyst at the Centre for Multilateralism Studies (CMS) at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from University of Santo Tomas, Philippines and a MSc in International Political Economy from RSIS, Singapore.

Prior to joining RSIS, Phidel worked as an Information Officer at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), where he wrote press releases about PIDS research studies and disseminated them to the institute’s media contacts and affiliated institutions. He was also part of the institute’s Public Affairs unit, organising conferences held in the institute. He had also worked both in a private sector and non-governmental organisation in the Philippines.
