Rae Cooper is Professor of Gender, Work and and Employment Relations and Co-Director of the Women, Work and Leadership Research Group at University of Sydney.

She is also an Editor of the Journal of Industrial Relations, and a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association.
