Sarah Teo is a Research Fellow and Coordinator of the Regional Security Architecture Programme at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University.

Her research interests include multilateral security and defence cooperation in ASEAN and the Asia Pacific, middle powers in Asia and the Pacific, as well as international relations theory. She is the co-author, with Ralf Emmers, of Security Strategies of Middle Powers in the Asia Pacific.
