Sourav Bag is Executive of Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN). Sourav has experience of working with tribal women’s collectives in the Indian states of West Bengal and Bihar. Sourav’s expertise is in the promotion and nurturing of community-based Organisations and sustainable agricultural interventions for poor communities, especially through collectively-led processes.
