Stephen Tully is a barrister at 6 St James’ Hall Chambers, Sydney, and an occasional lecturer with the Law Faculty of University of NSW.

Stephen contributes articles addressing contemporary international legal issues to various publications, and is the author of the International Law Practice Manual (Thomson Reuters, 2015), chapter 12 of which addresses Australian law and practice concerning extradition and mutual criminal assistance.
