Stuti Rawat holds a PhD from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at National University of Singapore. She is a Consultant with the Vittorio Dan Segre Foundation (VDSF) and has previously worked with the World Bank and the International Water Management Institute in Singapore and India. Her research interests lie in the broad areas of governance, behavioural change, and development.
