Tegan Larin a PhD candidate at Monash University researching public policy and the unregulated sex industry in Victoria, Australia.
Specifically, Tegan’s research examines unlicensed brothel ‘massage parlours’, and the policy and legislative frameworks in which they exist. Recently her work has also examined the history of prostitution law reform in Victoria. Prior to beginning her PhD, Tegan had several years experience working and volunteering in front line organisations that work with women in the sex industry as well as women who have been trafficked. She is currently a member of the Coalition Against Trafficking in Women.
