Zeynep Erdal is a water industry executive at Black & Veatch, a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company. She has led policy advocacy on climate resilience.

Zeynep has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in business development and implementation of a wide range of integrated infrastructure solutions. This includes water reclamation, resource recovery, water recycling and advanced technologies, organics-to-energy systems, energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste solids treatment and handling, and greenhouse gases. She also has experience in regulatory and policy issues and sustainable solutions metrics and implementation through process development, piloting, modelling and design.

Zeynep holds leadership positions on advisory boards in collaboration with public and private representatives, research and technical practice committees. Her extensive project development and implementation experience covers development, design, construction and commissioning of water and energy projects.
