Event overview
The Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre’s new report utilises the latest census data to explore current levels of poverty and disadvantage within Australia, and how this has changed over time. The report focuses on entrenched disadvantage; particularly the devastating ripple effect that homelessness and mental illness – two factors that nearly always go hand-in-hand with poverty and disadvantage – are creating.
It only takes one person to make a difference, so we invite you to join CEDA as we discuss the potential pathways for transforming the lives of those experiencing poverty.
All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the report, The ripple effect of poverty.
