Our two-hour Water in the Fashion Supply Chain workshop this Wednesday, 22nd November will bring together the Council of Textile and Fashion, AWS Water Stewardship and the Better Cotton Initiative. Managing water through the supply chain is a major challenge. Growing cotton is a thirsty business while dyeing and printing is a major polluter. While some global brands have been leading the charge on this for a decade, the Australian industry has a great opportunity to progress quickly and show leadership though this developing collaboration supported by the Australian Government.
