Just to add, the socio-cultural dimension of water should not be left out of the equation.
All said, climate change on the other hand is likely to erode a greater part of current achievements chalked. This is likely to compound the availability and accessibility of water in its right quantity and quality to a much greater population of the world, especially in developing countries.
