These substances are often sold as “legal highs”.
Experience shows that many of them are in fact more harmful then the known previously well researched or traditionally used substances.
Good example is that many Ecstasy tablets no longer contain MDMA which is a relatively harmless substance.
Prohibition of the new substances leads to the introduction of even newer ones. The the story will never end, more and more people will be harmed, often enough with fatal consequences.
