Nice article that carefully avoids naming and describing the kind of “directed energy” weapons used. The word you are afraid of is “psychcotronics”. Also descriptive is the phrase “scalar waves” which describes the type of EM energy that does not suffer normal EM propagation and shielding losses.

It is remarkable that the incidents have even surfaced inthe news, given the level of classification involved.

This is exotic stuff we are seeing in use, and it is indicative of the movement of war away from kinetic/public modalities into covert/deniable activities and purposes.

This is the war of “all against all” we are seeing inaugurated.

There are no longer front lines, battlefields, or innocent bystanders.

Everyone, everywhere is a target.
