Dr Tess Newton Cain is the principal of TNC Pacific Consulting. She is now based in Brisbane, having lived for 20 years in Vanuatu, a country of which she is a (dual) citizen. Tess has extensive experience in working in the Pacific island region across a number of development focused sectors, including governance, gender, and private sector development.
